How can I raise return on ghronda?

To initiate return kindly follow the below steps.

  • To return item just raise a return request from order area
  • Our team will coordinate with you and arrange a pickup for the product
  • Order will be picked from you on the date arrange and amount will be refunded.


What are the checks performed to accept the return?

  • Order is under the time allotted in return policy.
  • Product is correct and price tag is not detached.
  • Order is returned completely that is all item send are returned in original packing with free gift if sent with the product.
  • Product should be unused and unwashed.
  • Product should be undamaged in any case
  • Product should be returned with original packing.


Can i return part of my order?

Yes, In case you have ordered multiple products then you can return part of that order.


How much time will it take to initiate return?

It usually take 3-5 days to arrange the return.
